At large: this is used to mean that a criminal has not been caught yet.

Example: Since I got promoted I have 10 people working under me.
To be above something: This usually means that you try not to get involved in petty arguments.
Example: I think she is above getting involved in petty office politics.
Apart from: This means “let’s not consider ‘A’ let’s just consider ‘B’”
Example: A) It rained a lot on my holiday.
B) Apart from the bad weather, how was your trip?
A) Well apart from that, it was pretty good.
