(Please) bear with me: this is a polite way of saying “please be patient”. It is often used when explaining something or when trying to fix a problem.
Ex: (A delayed train). I’m sorry but the train has been delayed, but if you could just bear with us and we will have you moving very soon.
As per instructions: to follow instructions.
Ex: As per my father’s instructions, I will donate half of his money to charity.
